This black trim 4-inch ultra-thin recessed LED gimbal downlight clips right into the existing ceiling with no housing or ceiling can needed. It comes with a metal junction box, also known as a j-box, providing everything needed to install this beautiful, slim canless rotatable recessed lighting solution. The light is dimmable and color selectable with 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K options, allowing the user to choose the preferred color temperature by using the switch on the j-box. This switch enables the selection of soft white, warm white, bright white, neutral white, and daylight, ensuring the right light color for the space.

The 4" selectable recessed light is ideal for contractors and professional installers, as they can always have the light readily available regardless of the required color temperature. It has a rotation angle of 30°, 15° on each side, allowing the light to be angled wherever needed. This recessed light produces 700 lumens of light output and has a CRI rating of 80, rendering colors accurately in the room. It uses just 9 watts of energy, equivalent to a 65W incandescent ceiling light, featuring a 100° beam spread.

This convenient LED color selectable slim gimbal fits most 4" ceiling holes and comes with wiring hardware and a detailed instruction manual for easy installation. It can be installed in dry or damp locations, making it ideal for any room in the house, including bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, and dens. The LED downlight is ETL Listed and is backed by Maxxima for 3 years.

The 9W light output is equivalent to a 65W incandescent, allowing for energy-efficiency and cost savings. The power supply and junction box are included, with the J-box dimensions being 4.25" W x 1.4" H x 3.65" D, and the slim panel dimensions being 5" D x 1.5" H.

The light is dimmable with a range of 10 - 100% and has a CRI rating of 80, rendering colors accurately and allowing the user to select the appropriate brightness for the space. It is 120VAC, ETL Listed, and rated for 50,000 lifetime hours, with a 3-year warranty from Maxxima.

No can or housing is needed, as the light installs right into the ceiling with clips. The user simply installs the J-Box in the ceiling beam and inserts the light into the drywall opening. A foam gasket is included for an air-tight application.
